Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return/refund process super easy for our customers

We accept returns or exchanges exclusively for items that differ from what ordered or show any quality defects. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Should you receive a product that does not align with the ordered bag or manifests damage/defects, kindly notify Canvas by Usman within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp: +92 313 5504493 or Email: support@canvasbyusman.pk specifying the item(s) to be returned along with the reason. Kindly attach images of both the packaging and the product, captured from various angles.. Customer must have sales invoice slip & the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.

We do accommodate exchange requests. Please note the following exchange policy:

✏️The return courier charges will be paid by the customer, as per company policy.
✏️The bag must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
✏️You may return the parcel to the address shared using any courier service of your choice (TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx, Pakistan Post, etc.).
✏️Once we receive the bag, we will immediately dispatch the replacement bag to the same address.
✏️ A re-dispatch delivery fee of Rs. 175 is required in advance, as the courier charges apply again to us. Payment details (bank/EasyPaisa) will be shared separately.
The entire process will remain transparent. All tracking details and receipts will be shared with you at every step.

Please ensure the Order Number and Reason for returning the parcel are clearly stated and enclosed within the package. The designated receiving person reachable at +92 313 5504493.

Upon receipt of the parcel, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or through Easy Paisa/jazzcash/sadapay within 1 - 3 days as applicable.

Please note that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES OF THE COURIER.
