Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return/refund process super easy for our customers

We accept returns or exchanges exclusively for items that differ from the ordered size or show any quality defects. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Should you receive a product that does not align with the ordered size or manifests damage/defects, kindly notify Canvas by Usman within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp: +92 313 5504493 or Email: support@canvasbyusman.pk specifying the item(s) to be returned along with the reason. Kindly attach images of both the packaging and the product, captured from various angles.. Customer must have sales invoice slip & the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 working days, with customers expected to hand over the original product to the designated delivery personnel.

For returns, customers are required to courier the product back in its original packaging, ensuring tags remain intact.

Please ensure the Order Number and Reason for returning the parcel are clearly stated and enclosed within the package. The designated receiving person reachable at +92 313 5504493.

Upon receipt of the parcel, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or through Easy Paisa/jazzcash/sadapay within 3 - 5 days as applicable.

Please note that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
